I want to get an 0400 soon. I would like to take out the torsion bar. My question is: Does the 0400 have a detent hole drilled in the blade? Not only do I not want the blade opening in my pocket. But being that I currently live in The PRC, not having a detent affects the legality of the knife for carry purposes.
