0550 workout

Gave my 0550 a workout today cutting down my tobacco crop. Performed great even hit the ground several times and didnt seem to do much to it. Cutting thru inch and a half to two inch stalks was a challenge.

Nice pictures - that's a stout knife - You say you had trouble with the thicker stalks - are they really fibrous?

I have never touched a tobacco plant.

I usually use loppers but had a small crop this year so decided to play with my knife. The stalks are fibrous on the outside and pretty tough to hold up a 6 foot plant with big leaves in the wind .
