1 year Anniversary

Well, Its been on year of making knives for me and These two pretty much finished on the same day so I figured I would have two anniversary knives. Im looking forward to the next year of learning from everyone here.

Still havent been able to get any photo stuff set up since the big move but this is the best I could put out.....Sorry.

Specs:

Custom Hunter- This knife is just waiting for a sheath then off to the East it goes.

0-1 Acid Etched blade with file work on spine.
SS guard with file work
Handle is from the guard back... Ironwood, Elk Antler, Ebony, Elk Antler with SS spacers inbetween.
Cutting Edge 3.75 "
OAL 9"


Chef Knife- This knife is in route to customer now. Hope she likes it.

0-1 Acid Etched blade with file work on most the spine
Handle has Buffalo Horn Bolsters and Black Micarta with Mosaic pins

You can say you've had a good year. Those look great.

Tell me please ,the funtion of the notch in the kitchen knife. It looks funtional, but I'm too ignorant for my own good. :p Lin

Lin, The notch in the kitchen knife is nothing more than something to give it a little personallity. No other purpose.
