Sheet is 23.5" x 11.6", .100" AEB-L. All of these will be heat treated by Jarod Todd for world class performance. The sheet is in transit to HAI waterjets in Trenton, Ontario, and the CAD file contains the following designs:

Two Boomerang 2s
Seven Bittyrangs

More about those two models here:

Two of each model of the seven models in my new Mustelid Scout series:

One November 2022 CQI Prevail, per the changes described at the end of this post:

Two Bird in Trouble knives which I based on a bird and trout design sent to me by a customer:

One Edge-C (Every day gent's carry) variant for a good friend (it is the 7th vertically oriented knife from the left)

And two santokus not designed by me, but a design requested by a customer. One for him, and one for me.

I was not sure I would announce this run and open it up to reservations, thinking I might sell these locally, but I have decided that the Bladeforums community has been too good to me not to allow our fine members to reserve some of these. And whatever doesn't get reserved by BFs members, those ones I can sell locally. No deposits will be required; reservations will be on a ROFR basis, and payment will be due only upon completion, via itemized PayPal invoice which I will send to your email address at that time (I also e-transfer from Canadian members). As usual please send messages in PM or email to make reservations, or inquire about pricing and options. Please allow me some time to reply, as I am about to become extremely busy when my order of 40+ MagnaCut blades arrives back from heat treatment, and then the big 8670 blades thereafter, but I will update this thread as is my custom with updated pictures indicating which models are reserved.

To that end, let's start that now, shall we? Blanks in red below are already spoken for.

Put me down for a Badger Scout spear point, David.

Tempted by the Bittyrang and Boomerang....have to ponder those a bit more, but they look very useful in design, based on the CAD image.

Thanks David.

Badger yes please.

What are these two models, 4th and 5th from the top right inside the box added, thanks?

The 4th from top right looks like a Bird in Trouble - I might need one of those. But I also like the one next to it. Sigh...

EDIT - okay, did some searching and looks like it's the Bittyrang and Bird in Trouble which I don't know if I want in AEB-L or wait for Magnacut someday (if I need them all). I'm a little nuts and don't need every model that you come up with, or do I? Maybe a batch discount will convince me to not wait for the next Magnacut sheet, nor not...

DocJekl DocJekl I'll message you later tonight after I get home.

A Bird in Trouble and Bittyrang have filled out their adoption paperwork as well. But not for who you think, but a mystery guest who hasn't posted in the thread! 😮

Whoops I looked too quickly. Reminds me of a couple of my recent losses in chess. Yes, Badger Scout, and it's starting to look like I might have to send the waterjet guys a new file with more of them on it.

The sheet arrived at HAI last Thursday, but I confirmed with Ryan that it has not been cut yet, and we had time for a last minute update. New CAD file sent with two extra Badger Scouts, replacing one Wolverine Scout (Tanto) and one Fisher Scout (Hawkbill). So L lmalterna there is a Badger on there for you, and also I have had a request for a Polecat (Drop point), which is also now reserved. There is one spare Badger Scout on the sheet, and I just remembered that I also have a Badger Scout prototype blank in the shop that I cut by hand and set aside a whileback.

I picked up a Badger Scout, too. Looks like a nice pierce and slice type blade with the gentle belly up to the tip.

I'm so glad the spearpoint was renamed as Badger Scout instead of Polecat Scout (now the drop point), and we all knew it would be popular too!
