122 or 124

Looking through closet and can not determine 122 or 124 hole in pommel blade 6 3/4 inch leather sheath box says nemo but looks like a sticker may have fallen off you guys are the best and thought you may like to see as well thanks for all help. Did look through old post but being nu to knives left a little confused and looking at earls knives just leaves all of us speechless great sight thanks one and all.

The 122 (Nemo) and 124 (Frontiersman) are exactly alike as far as the knife itself is concerned. The difference between the two model numbers has to do with the respective sheaths: the 124 came with a leather sheath (like the one in your photo) while the 122 came with a synthetic plastic sheath for use in water. Most likely, there was a label with the 124 designation on your box that came off. Nice knife.
 
Thank you, read somewhere 124 with lanyard hole was diving knife some had both sheaths frontiersman no lanyard hole this has hole so still confused. Thanks for help
 
Tin Sue has already answered your question. The label that is now missing from your box was a gold foil label that said:

124
Frontiersman
