I just switched to a 1/2 ton arbor press, and the dies from tacy at usaknifemaker. however i got pretty much the same results from using deck screw heads and a vise it just took a lot longer to set up. Also I find it looks better if after I chamfer the hole in a drill pres I lightly chamfer it again by hand to clean up the chatter marks.
