497 Ergo Hunter Southpaw question

Have any lefties used the Ergo Hunter? When I was in grade school, the teacher used to come around and hit me on the knuckles with a ruler because I was writing left-handed. That was when i realized this is a right-handed world, and I guess I wasn't too cooperative. Even in chemistry, molecules with left-hand symmetry are called "sinister." My question is how does the 497 work for a lefty? - Bert

I have the 597, the folding ergo hunter and even being a lefty, it still fits in the hand pretty well. I've always wondered why Buck makes so many "right-handed" knives instead of just ambidextrous knives. I realize we're the minority, but we still spend money...

bert, In grade school the teachers did me the same way. So, I just learned to write using my right hand. To this day I still can use either hand with a knife or writing. However, I know what you mean. DM
