About 6 mos ago or so, Dan and I talked about us carrying his knives. We finally got everything together--between Dan's illness and my schedule, it took a while.

Here is what we came up with....

Take a look at this table of knives!

Hey Derrick, just sent you an e-mail about 1 of these and sheath options. Nice addition, to your inventory.
Randy

Sweet. Are those EDCs I see in the photo? Don't see them on the site. They are the ones in the second column from the left and the top bunch.

Derrick, I think this can make life a lot easier for Dan: having a great outlet for his work, that he won't have to shepherd individually through the selling process.

Are these all the latest 2011 models or are these last years versions? The swedges on the MUCK in the pic on your site looks different from the one in the new MUCK thread here but it may just be lighting. Will we bill able to order without the KSF sheath to save a few bucks if we know we will be going with a different sheath for the knife?

Stoked to be able to buy from you guys!

I am too new to know about the new vs old on the swedge. I know they are fresh out of the box. :)

If we have paired knives with sheaths, we will keep them that way because we have wetfit the sheaths to the knives. If people prefer to buy them without sheaths, we can accomodate that next time easily enough.

That's great news, I've been very pleased with KSF's service for a few of my knife purchases.

I was just looking forward to ordering a 3V Bushcraft from Dan , but now I can just pick one up directly from KSF.

And the price with sheath is a really good deal too.

I dont think i have seen yet knives sell that fast from a custom maker. The natural canvas bushcrafters and mucks are already gone, the blue fillet knives are gone... come on folks leave some for others :)

The black canvas bushcrafters are gone but there are still some natural canvas ones. From the picture though it looks like he's only got one of each size EDC in either handle color. If that's the case, folks are going to need some fast trigger fingers to get the one they want when those go up.

Yep, I got one of the BCM bushcrafters. They went pretty fast. It will be my first Koster knife. I had been looking at the BRK Liten Bro, and Northstar Companion. When I saw this in 3V, bushcrafter spearpt., thumb grooves, scandi grind, and guard, I said WOW he made this for me. Can't wait to see it. Thanks Derrick for getting these in. Thanks Dan for making what I think will be my go to knife.
Regards, Randy

They sure did. After I posted the previous comment, I went back to KSF and saw they only had one left. I was shitting bricks during the checkout hoping no one else was trying to buy it at the same time I was.

I also was looking at a Bark River Liton Bor, but the BCM Bushcrafter is slightly longer and a few dollars cheaper. I also prefered the thumb groves and the bigger ricasso.

;)

Derrick and Wendy always seem to be coming up with ways of making us knife people very happy.

Hey Derrick,

quick question though. The woodlore knife Dan made used to be in 1095 if I am not mistaken. The site says these are CPm 3V, is that correct? just want to make sure before i take a plunge :)

Is the Pikal Parer still available?
I tried to order one long ago, but the ordering and communication process was frustrating to the point I canceled. I would prefer to get one from stock if possible...

This is an excellent venture. Dan's knives are top, top of the line (my favorite), and now we won't have to wait - instant satisfaction.

Congrats to both!

Let's get the famous Koster nessmuk up there!
