Ebay wins, and even found a "lost" knife!

This Queen appears to be unused, factory edge, some staining on the bolsters..

Camillus - main blade a little lazy, nail nick on the pen blade sits a little low..
otherwise, a very nice knife

Case jack - I thought I had lost this one...turned up buried in a drawer under some papers...seems I forgot that I had put it in there!

That Case is a peanut, and it is nice. I love that pattern. Great scores. I love to shop Ebay as well. I hit about 3 antique shops today. I did see a Case Pen knife that was pre 70's and it was ok, not great, and they wanted 75 plus tax, which was about 25 too high in my book. It would have sold on ebay for about 45 plus shipping, so I would not buy it. I did find in that same shop a beloved Case Peanut with a Long tail C tang stamp. It had alot of rust, but one major spot, so I got some pitting, but the bone on that scale is incredible. I got over the pitted part, I picked that one up for 26. It is my best antique store find as of yet. Usually the prices are way too high. The dealers are way too proud of their pocket knives. Ebay keeps it real in regards to pricing. If you are patient, you can get some great bargains. I enjoy snipe bidding, and even chuckle if I get sniped and outbid by a dollar. It makes it fun, interesting and a challenge.
