I'm actually thankful that I had the issue with the 0560, since it led to a couple of great conversations with Jim, and a better look into how much Kershaw/ZT bust their butts to make a schmuck like me happy. After a PM alerting me that the 0560 was fixed, checked, and shipped out, I got it yesterday in a box much larger than an 0560 needed. So, I was delighted to find a cool item in the box along with my now perfect 0560.

A massive thanks to Jim, and everyone at ZT. You guys are just overflowing with sexy awesomeness, and I'm grateful to have that kind of support. Cheers!

I wish they had those hats for sale. I need another. Mine looks like hell after nearly a year of daily wear. I don't like anything other than Flexfit. The factory sale is soon and Ive been counting down the days. Maybe I can beg for another :P
I'm thinking about camping out this year if I can figure out the bathroom situation.

I need to know where to get one of those hats. Those look great, and I love me some L/XL flexfit. (only hat that fits)
 
Jim and company are good people.

I have called CS a couple of times, one time was simply because I had lost a backspacer.

Kershaw sent me three new ones with the screws at no charge, even though I tried to pay them and told them it was my fault and I wanted to pay.

I believe I talked to Cheryl on the phone.

Kershaw/Kai/ZT is every bit a top notch company doing their level best to delight their customers.

I sincerely wish every company in the USA would follow Kershaw's lead.
