Greetings all.

This little Case has been in my collection for a few years now, but I don't know anything about it, or Case knives in general.

Case1.jpg

It's a tiny little guy with really pretty scales that I assume are some sort of cracked ice or celluloid.

Case2.jpg

The tip of the small blade has long since broken off, but the single backspring is still nice and strong. I imagine if I cleaned out the pivots it would still have decent walk and talk, as it is, there's no wobble in either of the blades.

Case3.jpg

It's stamped Case Tested XX. And again, I know nothing about Case knives, but from the Tested XX stamp, I have a vague idea of when it was made. But is there any way to narrow it down a bit?

OTs.jpg

Just to show how small this guy really is, here it is between a Schrade 8OT and a 34OT.

Any help in figuring this one out would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Case Tested 9201 pen knife, imitation pearl (celluloid) handles and long pull master blade.

Circa 1920's to WWII.

Wow!

That little thing looks like Ike may have used it to sharpen his pencils while planning operation Overlord.

If that little baby could talk...

It was in a little box my grandmother found in her closet a few years ago. More than likely it belonged to her father or one of her older brothers (she turned 92 a few weeks ago).
