And the story goes like this....i've come to own a Spydie Tim Zowada model almost 2 years ago given by a fellow collector/good friend of mine as a christmas present. Of all the custom and production knives i've ever owned, this little critter had seen more use than all my drawer dwellers. The more i carry it, the more comfortable it becomes but not forgotten. It may be small but none the less, performed it intended task perfectly and with grace. Dressed up with polished micarta handles and a full satin finished stainless steel spine captured the attention of even the non knife lovers, once opened, it's satin finished spear point blade design and embossed "TZ" zowada logo pushes the imagination further. Double stainless steel liners gave it the strength it needs which i like most and finally, it has a spyder hole!(no pun intended eh!)
What's my point really? I don't have any heroic stories related to the knife to tell nor did it make an impact on anyone's life in that matter. My praise comes from the fact that it is one of the most simple form of tool, it made my cutting chores easier and with confidents. I feel good carrying it and with pride i use it, it may be replaced one day but today, i happily say i own a great knife.
