thats a bad place for a plane to go down. Rough landing, and it's impossible to see the wreckage from the air in most places. I hope they're ok, and are able to get signals up.
 
It's a competing company to the one we are under contract with to train in the Amazon. We begin training pilots next month in Peru. These guys in the story Bear posted lost a plane in the jungle on November 1st and are still looking for aircraft and crew. The jungle does not give up its victims easily. Hope their pilots had some jungle survival training. All of these companies are searching for Uranium.
 
Yikes, hoping for a safe return as well.

When I was in the Amazon, a lot of locals had some mistrusts about the smaller planes. They were worried that the planes always being in the Amazonian heat/humidity ran havoc on any moving part. They were also a little worried that the smaller groups didn't have the money to properly maintain the planes.

I have no idea is that's local legend or true. Either way, I hope we hear from them.
