A question for Management

After reading both the Whine & Cheese Forum and The Pirates' Cove Forum, both for intent and content, they appear to be duplicative. So, why do we have both of them?

The Pirate's Cove is open to paying members only. That means almost all the dorks are excluded (not that all basic members are dorks, but those few members who are dorks are seldom willing to contribute anything). It also eliminates the liability issues about adult-oriented material in that forum.
