? about the Viele/Elishewitz Focus

I recently received one of these gorgeous knives in ironwood and am very pleased with the quality. However, I'm curious as to what material the backspacers are made of--they appear to be black. Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks

I believe they are anodized aluminium, but you might want to check with Larry at KnifeArt or Allen himself.

The Focus is a great knife, I have #20.

Sorry for the much delayed post. Our power in Little Rock and Arkansas has been out for around 3 days and I am checking things out from remote computer. E-mails will be answered and packages will be shipped when UPS & Power is running again. Online ordering is working.

Now about the "Focus" - the spacers are anodized aluminum risers.
(Only a couple of these knives are left.)
If I can help you futher please give me a ring at 800-KnifeArt

Have a happy New Year!

Larry,
Thanks for the confirmation. That knife (#5) was quite a gift, to say the least! Being my first real custom, it's even more special to me.
