Access Card questions

Hi guys

Do any of you own a SOG Access Card? If so what are your impressions?

Has anybody attempted to remove the clip from the card? If so, did you experience problems with the arc lock protruding out too far?

I ask because I'm interested in the Access Card, but would mainly carry it in a wallet. As such I am not overly enthusiastic about the clip which just adds bulk to the card. Gotta love the fact that it comes with an arc lock though :D

Thanks for your post! :) I'll let other forumites comment from their personal experience, but I'll weigh in on the comment I've quoted above.

Unlike other knives, the clip on SOG's AccessCard is NON-REMOVABLE! It is an integral enclosure which encases the ArcLock. Simply stated: by removing the clip, the lock will no longer work.

I went ahead and got one anyway. My local dealer had a sale with 20% off and the Access Card was one of those items so I got one. Will inform later on "carryability".
