ACCESS TO DEALER FORUM? HELP

Anybody know how I can get into this area? I've tried to email the powers that be and get these generic responses that don't answer my questions.I'm a bonified resaler with a Federal tax I.D. number.Any help sure would be apprieciated! Thanks!
