I heard Al Dippold was making a few slipjoints and put in a request for an upscale model. I am very happy with the result. Al's damascus with bark ivory, this double bolstered folder has great walk and talk. 3 3/4-inch closed, 6 1/2-inch OAL.

That is a really beautiful piece. Don't think I have seen a slipjoint from Al before.

Slip joints are a new thing for Al, but I believe he made a few, many years ago.

I got to handle this one and I like it!

That's a wonderful looking slipjoint, damascus is very fine.

The choice of hardware is really nice and well camouflage

Do you have a spine shot?

I do not have a light box. Here is the best I can offer late at night. Al's damascus for backspring, 416 SS liners, shot of centered blade.

Appreciate all the positive comments. I will relay to Al.
