Dear Mr Robertson,

I recently saw an Ad display for a Tactical AUTO by Myself.. Although i admit to making the First Prototype of this Knife i was not involved in making any subsequent models of this design,,,,i made this knife for BECK`s Cutlery at the Bequest of Ronnie Beck....as stated in your ad "this knife exibits machining marks".i for one did not do any work on subsequent models of this knife ..other than the first prototype.

I wanted to be sure that i fully stated to you in this letter that the substandard Quality of this Knife with machining marks was not of my design,,and is completley the responsibility of the BECKS assembly of this knife and the Vendors they had Duplicate my Design,,,,,,,,Thanks ALLEN BLADE

Allen,

Im curious where did you see an ad that I ran with your knife in it?? I think there may be some confusion on your part.

However, I do have a photo and description on my Web Site.

I did not purchse these knives from Ronnie. I got them from another source who told me you were involved in the making of these.

While they do show machining marks, I do not consider them sub-standard. They are, as I say, a great little utility knife. Quite frankly at $80.00 I dont think anyone was expecting a masterpiece. I can tell you that most of the people who have bought these from me have responded in a postive way concerning the knives.

Allen, the knives are what they are. A simple coil spring, aircraft aluminium framed , bead blasted (this is where the machining marks are) blade. All in all a nice package for $80.00

So Allen, what are you doing now?

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.
