This one is going to a south paw!

Can you see the features that make this knife a good user for a left handed person?

Wow, some lucky slob hit the jackpot with that one!
Wait, that lucky slob is me. :D

I love it! Can't wait to receive it!!! Brent pulled through another beauty for me and I am so grateful. Thanks Brent for listening to my ideas and executing them perfectly.

Folks, if you haven't noticed, a two-sided nailnick and 2 acorn shields!
How cool is that?

Wow - that is nice! What is the size of this one?
I am a lefty myself, but have become an ambidextrous knife user.

Do most right-handed people use their left thumb or right thumb on the nail nick to open the blade?

Simply stunning work! The acorn shield just goes perfectly with the orange tinted canvas micarta. The whole knife is perfect.

Another Masterclass!

Very fine pattern, more good use of micarta it looks really fine on many patterns.

 Very nice rendetion of an old classic pattern!!!;)

Brent what is the spine thickness? and are the nicks at the same side to side dimension? The reason I ask is how much meat (material) between the depth of back to back nail nicks? :D:thumbup:;)

Thanks, Shawn

I've never considered slipjoints to favor one hand over the other since you need both to open most of them. When thinking of handedness, it brings to mind locking mechanisms and clips.

That said, it's a great looking knife. Having two shields is an interesting idea and I love the detail on the bolsters. Definitely one to be proud of.

Hey guys thanks for all the great comments.

The blade is .123 of an inch thick and the nicks are .050 deep on both sides so your looking at a .023 web in the center which I believe would be very strong considering the grove is only .063 tall. I hope this answer your question?

Thanks again,
