E-Bay will cancel auctions that violate trademark no matter where the auction originates.

Well, Joe's been passing the info along, but I'm beginning to wonder if anybody's paying any attention to him because--while some have vanished--some have stayed on and been sold.

Not much we can do other than pass along the info.
