Any advice on the durability of Cerakote on scales?

I got a Rike 1405B Blackwash knife to see if it lived up to the hype. I have had it for a week and I can say that it completely does and I really have fallen for it more than expected. But the more I look at it, I see that it would make a fantastic looking Stormtroper knife with white scales (yes, I am a geek)! However I also really like the blackwash finish. Does anyone have any experience how well a cerakote finish will hold up on a user knife? Everyone always posts pretty pics of cerakote paint jobs but never worn down used examples of their gear.

If you have any pics as examples, it would be helpful.

Like any coating, if the knife is used the coating will come off. The pic of the frame is what happens if it is dropped on concrete.
