Any experience with Shiva knives?

Do a search. Grand Exalted Master Shiva Ki, Ultimate Knower of Infinite Mysteries and Great Kowabunga Ninja, as been discussed before, as well as his knives.
 
I have some experience with his blades,3 Mercs' and 5 Spirit blades.
They cut very well.
Fit is fine,blade finish is a little rough.
No experience with his Bowies,handled one but didn't cut with it.
If I were looking at Bowies,I'd go with one of the ABS guys.
As Joss mentioned,do a search.
btw/do you intend on using or collecting?

I'm just collecting data for the time being.
Using is more along the lines of what I plan on.

I had one, the knife is well made and very, very sharp. The blade finish is kinda rough but not that bad actually.
 
I have a few of his blades. Very sharp. I dont have one of his bowies. Mercs and one spirit blade in the samurai steel and a small spirit blade. Some of my favorite knives!
 
His knives are made for cutting. Among the sharpest I've ever handled. Finish is for use, not display. Very utilitarian. He offers a lifetime warranty and will sharpen your knife whenever you want to return it.
 
i have one of his bowie, the "fightin bowie". very sharp, even to a point i consdier too sharp where you trade durablity for sharpness. but yea for a 13inch blade, its pretty fast. one thing i dont like about it is the handle, but thats just me.
