any information about ATC hawk with spike

Hi, I am getting a hawk in a package deal that has an ATC Hawk with a wood handle, it looks really nice but a have no idea about this hawk. What is it worth, how hardy is it, any information would be appreciated, thanks

that is a Roger's Rangers spike hawk. looks like a different handle than normal though Bear Mtn. took over the line so ATC could focus on the modern hawks.
