Anybody use these for knife throwing?

kinda expensive for what you want and may not last that long depending on the kinda knife you are using . Those targets are meant to absorb many small punctures not big slices . Even if it is good for broadheads they are very thin and not very long . They don,t have all that much momentum either . If you have large heavy knives or even medium blades you might not be satisfied . There is lotsa guys on here who can help you build a target for a few bucks and a little banging together .
