Anyone familiar w/ Photopoint??

I just registered with photopoint.com and have a uploaded a few pics. I sent three, but only two survived the journey from my comp to photopoint. What's the deal? The third pic was a bit larger, but it went out just fine. And for some odd reason my scanner chooses to scan Benchmades in color and Busses in black & white.

Jas,

You must make sure that your photos are scanned in and saved in your files as a Jpeg (or Jpg)file. Any other format will not work with Photo-Point(some Gif files do though).
As far as BM's in color and Busse's in B/W, I have to ask, does your Busse has a black handle and a black or satin finish blade? I suggest placing a piece of colored paper behind the knife to check to make sure that it is scanning in color. This may be the problem with the Busse, no color in it.
