Anyone familiar with this hatchet?

Anyone seen one of these or know anything about them? All I know so far is that the blade is stainless and the handle is ABS. Thanks..

It should be labelled on the blade - Fiskars, Gerber or Colt.

They are avalable through BudK for $6.95. Possibly knock offs or non-branded from same source. I picked up three for use as throwers. They are good at that but are to thin for anything beyond limbing or skinnning.

Well, if its the Firestone, I did ok, if its a Bud K POS, I could of bought 2 for what I payed, including shipping. I'll find out when it gets here.

Looks like a deep hollow ground edge with a primary profile. Penetration should be high however so should binding.

The design is a Firestone. Saw one today in The Complete Guide To Hunting Knives marked Firestone on the handle. The one in the photo could be a knock-off but I realy can't say.

Normark makes a similar model for $30 Canadian. Blade is more like an Ulu than the Firestone.
