Well, the thread title pretty much says it all. Does anyone have the Kumo yet, I have been looking at Spydie fixed blades, and this one blows me away, but I'd like to hear some user feedback before spending the dough. For me it's come down to either this or the Lum tanto, but I really like the lines on the Kumo more.

I have mine, and am happy with it. I think it grips better then the Lum Tanto.
Are you planning on using it?? or will it be a collector piece?? If your going to use it for daily cutting I say get the Kumo. I think it might serve better in that role then the Lum. But since the Lum is discontinued, I would get it first, and get a Kumo down the road. Let us know what you decide.

Hi there
I have one, it is a very nice, well thought out and flawlessly executed knife. The handle wrap is tight and well protected, the little spyder in there is cool too. ( should have been on both sides) Unlike a certain other japanese inspired knife the Kumo is razor sharp. Mine is a numbered edition so is unlikely to be used, will obtain a production one later.
Well done Spyderco!!!!
