Just curious here, but has anyone ever purchased a Valor brand knife? They look alot like Spyderco and Gerber I found some on www.inetdirectsales.com in the outdoor section dirt cheap...anyone know anything about Valor?

In the 1980s they had some knives that were OK for the money, IMO a little better than the S&W HRT fixed blades, but from what I've seen recently their knives are closer to Pakistani blades in quality.

Valor made good stuff during the 80's, now they go by the name "Tarpoon bay", making junk.
