I'd like to see this knife from all sides and the lock cut if possible.

Just curious to look it over to compare it to the one I currently own. I'm also interested in a close up of the finish looking at it from the spine and back and particularly the edges of the titanium and G10. I understand this one has the highest level of finish any Strider has seen to date.

Thanks guys.

I've got one I could lend you for a few days...It's my current edc but I've got some others that could take over in the mean time.

Just the pics are fine. I don't want to take an EDC unnecessarily but the offer is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I cannot see pics. It just comes up with a sign in box to get into your account asking me for your password.

Thank you. Any looking down on the lock cut? I was wanting to also compare the lock on the clipless one to the clip equipped ones to see if they beefed it up a bit anticipating that it could be easier to hyper extend out the wrong way without the clip there to push back on it.

Can you tell a difference in it compared to the old pocket clip model?

Since I didn't know exactly what shot you wanted, here's a barrage of lock oriented pictures.

I've only briefly fondled a regular pt, and I imagine it is probably a bit more robust. It fills my need for a knife that I can carry while wearing slacks or a suit. This isn't often, but even then I prefer to have something on me.

As demonstrated, it's pretty easy to extend the lock in the wrong direction.

Thanks. Doesn't look any different to me actually.

Actually mine with the clip on it seems thicker to be honest. Makes one wonder why the lock stabalizer isn't used on a clipless but I guess that one is low probability for the problem since its not the hardest use folder they make and more 'urban' in nature.

On the g10, being radiused like that, I assume thats a pain in the ass to do, right? Reason being, I've had this idea of getting soemone to make me a replacement scale in carbon fiber, would be the ultimate combination of materials at that point.

I wouldn't do it. Not the radius part. Thats not so bad with a slack belt on your grinder, but the block of G10 is all one piece spacer and scale. So it would be a bit of a machining task to duplicate that so the blade still closed and hit the exact same spot. See, the blade when it closes relies on that raised area in the G10 that matches up to the notch in the blade ahead of the choil. Just as the blade hits that raised area when you close it the detent falls into the hole in the blade. All that would have to be perfect to match up. Off by a half hair and its screwed up.
