Anza Knife Article in Blade?

IIRC, there was an article in Blade Magazine about Anza knives. The author visited the shop and describes the knife making process. If you could provide me with information about what month and year the subscription came out, that would be greatly appreciated.

There was an article on them in the 4th edit. of Gun Digest Book of Knives. It had all the stuff you menitioned in it.
