ASSAB K-120C, anyone know about this steel?

It is a powder steel from a Swedish steel maker. ASSAB is probably the company name. It is being used to make swords by some modern Japanese makers and a Chinese sword factory.

Any information about the steel and manufacturer is much appreciated.
