assisted openers in canada?

has anyone ever had a problem with a LEO about haveing an assisted opening knife in canada? i have a buck rush and wonder if it would be considered a switch blade?

im guessing technically there legal but the officer might not be aware of every detail of the knife laws.

It all depends on the situation and the LEO...
Theres always a chance that any knife would get taken...
