I have been a dealer and an avid user for Predator Pellets (http://www.predatorpellets.com/) for going on 3 years now and anyone who has been arround airguns long enough knows of them and that they are some of the best hunting pellets out there. Well I get a call a couple days ago to check this out...

Talk about a blatent unabashed rip off, on GAMO's website they even plagerize copy directly from Predator's website.

There are no words...
 
Nothing new is the gun business, airguns or the other kind. The same goes for knives, bows and ammo. There are a few well known gunsmiths who have never had an original idea in their lives. They just steal other folks ideas and call them their own.:thumbdn:

BTW, a patent is only as good as the amount of money you are willing to spend to protect it. If the Gamo pellets are made outside the US, it may be possible for Predator to get a court order to seize any shipments that enter the US. Outside the US, Gamo can do anything they want.

Edit: There is another possibility. Gamo may have an agreement with Predator that we don't know about. Who knows?
