We're working and testing our new automated membership system that will allow you guys to get immediate access to the features of Gold, Knifemaker, etc memberships instead of waiting for us to manually do it. We should have this done soon.

This is the reason why memberships have been taking so long to get up and running in the last week, due to the testing. My apologies...
 
Any news on how long until the upgrades WILL be active. I paid for my upgrade almost a week ago and still nada. Just checking!

You guys have not been charged yet because we're still finishing with the new system. Matter of fact, we're just unvieled the public beta of the new system for gold memberships.

If you want to try the new one, there's a $5 discount during the beta period.

I'm not sure of what you're talking about but I recieved a email
on the 16th saying I have been activated, and on the 17th my
Visa was charged $30.

Someone screwed up on yours, roguesoul. I fixed it and bumped your expiry date back to 7/16
 
I just upgraded using your new system. I ordered the gold membership on 1SKS on sunday, is there anything I'll have to do to cancel the upgrade from 1SKS?
 
We will be creating a Platinum membership option as soon as we're done with the public beta on the Gold memberships. Same with the automated Knifemakers system.
