I thought the folder was the Shaman? Also, the only other folder I have seen like that had micarta scales. Does not mean this one is not CF, just what I have seen.

That is a gorgeous knife. Wish I had the cash right now.
 
I consider "DRAWER WEAR" as a tiny scratch from movement when laying in a drawer. No nicked or dinged, simply something that could be easily buffed out with a little bit of polish.

In the case of this Warlock, it has a "blued" black finish and te spine has a little rub mark here or there. Nothing that would be considered CARRY WEAR, but I know how most of us are when it comes to receiving a knife that has some blemishes on them.

I have received knives from makers with rub marks and scrathes on them from shipping if they were not packed carefully and I have been a little perturbed, so I try to be honest when describing anything I offer up on a forum

You both are right!! It is a Shaman .... :footinmou And the Scales are Linen Micarta. Thanks for the correction. I have several hundred knives in my collection and if I'm trying to do things in a hurry and not pay close attention I goof! But I know most of you guys here are really "sharp: (pardon the pun :barf: ) and usually nkow whats accurate.

After looking back at my lists, I believe Bauchop calls his BLACK finish Kalgard coating.

The steel (if my memory is any better) is D2. :cool:
