I have to admit it, this is my favorite becker knife, even if I own several diferent models, there's something especial with this one,especially the saber grind, just got my self a FFG this weekend and couldn't wait to make some mods, here some pics:

Stripped the flats and spine of the blade, added yellow liners and stainless hardware, then dipped in cider vinegar until the blade was black again. This knife is one that will never leave my collection as it was given to me by Uncle Ethan himself!

You are really lucky, I would do the same if I get a gift from mister Ethan himself.
 
Are stamped beckers older? Mine has its identification in white on the black coating sorry for the noob question but I'm new to beckers.

Saber Grind came out roll stamped, but u still have the option of etching the logo on the FFG.
