Back when I was a kid living in the Great Frozen North I only owned one rifle and carried a knife similar to this one. I made this today which is loosely patterned after the Canadian Belt Knife
Stock removal from 1/8 inch 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to HRc 60 with attention to a fine grain structure
Flat grind with a cork belt finish
Stabilized and jigged walnut handle with black Micarta spacers
Overall length: 8 inches
Blade: 3 12 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
$120 delivered within the US
You might have noticed a slight shorage of photos today, I was driven inside by a thunder storm so if you want to see more please let me know and I can add later.
