Bench Mark Knives

Hi Fellas,
I'd like to buy a "Rolox" knife made by a company named Bench Mark. Can anyone help me locate the company or one of its distributers. I called an old number in Gastonia, NC and woke some lady up. I took the number right off the box of another bench mark knife. Are they still in business or just moved?

If I'm not mistaken, Benchmark went out of business a while back. Maybe not, but I seem to remember hearing something like that.
