I would need to have the folder yes. I don't have one of those folders myself.

You would have to fill out and print the work order form found in the low rider clip thread post number two using the pdf file print out form from one of the links I've posted there. You can type in your answers and print. Then mail with the folder.

I appreciate it. All the info you need is in that thread and you can mail at your convenience once you have the form. Turn around time is quite fast on those smaller jobs. I usually knock those out in 48 hours max and ship them home once they arrive here.
