The best I have found so far for RSI relief, comfort and typing speed is Kinesis.

Damn, if I used one of those I would actually have to learn how to type. My arm would get pretty sore moving my one finger from side to side like that. :p

They look cool, but they're awfully expensive. That's probably worth more than my whole computer.

I am happy with my Microsoft Natural Elite. Got one at work so I grabbed 2 for home ($15 each) -- pretty sweet.

I heard good things about Kinesis, however there's no real reason for me to get one for the prices they're asking. Maybe if I was a fulltime typist, but then I'd probably be designing and learning my own version of Dvorak layout also :-)

I've used Microsoft Natural Elite for a long time, it's just a shame I didn't get Natural Pro. I would have gotten an USB model, but none were about at that time. The Pro has about the same price, but better (and more standard) key layout. For the low prices of these keyboards, I don't see a reason for anyone to stick to their basic Keytronics.
