Hi, Looking for a Rat 3. What/where is the best price online? I can't seem to find any good ebay deals on one.

I don't think you will find much variance in the prices--everyone within a few bucks. Whereever you buy it, you won't be disappointed with the knife!
 
When I ordered mine sometime last year, I got it from Derrick (aka okbohn @ knivesshipfree.com).
 
I buy all my knives from NewGraham.com. Prices are always competitive (maybe not the absolute lowest, but still good) but their service is simply amazing. They carry a lot of knives too. I'm very much service driven. My RC-4 from NewGraham was a perfect match!
