A friend of mine just sent me this photo in an e-mail. The fact that he just sent it, without any message in the e-mail, told me that it was something "unusual". You have to know this guy to appreciate him. He has a strange way of looking at the world and manages to find humor in the strangest places. That's one of the reasons our friendship has endured through some pretty rough times. We make each other laugh when things can't seem to get any worse.

You know, I was somewhere yesterday, and saw something that was very similar in theme to the picture you posted. It was a glove that had been run over by a truck (several times, judging by the flatness), and the middle finger was extended in a perfect "salute." I wished I had had a camera!
