So, how do we win that nifty plain edge (!) waved CQC7 that BF is giving away?

Actually all you have to do is post twice during the prior month and you're eligible to be a winner. Now all you've got to do is wait until normally the first post after midnight on the last day of the month and the person who picks a random number between 1 and 9000 something, (however many members there are on bladeforums), AND if your number is the matching one to your name, viola, you're the grand prize winner for the month. GOOD LUCK!

Why don't they just say;

"Whoever gets struck by lightning this summer and has posted since 1998 will receive a Waved CQC-7." Eh?

Of course, someone will win the thing, but I mean...come'on.

Some chisel-grind hating bastid or Emerson-hater will win it.

So in other words, pretty much everyone on the Forums is eligible. ::sigh:: Well, I guess I can dream... and it has a PLAIN edge, too... Don (no, the other one), you're right - some non-Suspect'll get it, and then complain that while the wave is cool, the liner lock sucks, it's too small, you can't thrust with it, the QC on it sucks, it's dull, it should have a "V" grind, it's too thin, you can't get it refinished for $20, and the damn pivot screw is either too loose, or too tight (my preference, actually)
