without going into details; i sent al a knife [ins.] and it got lost. he is being very patient with me while i handle things on this end. this is the first time this has happened to either one of us. had to happen eventually, i guess. i applaud his patience and consideration in this matter. i won't think twice about dealing with al again. i highly recommend him. another great forumite.
