A new pattern, designed for Hans (Brightred) Holzach.
W2 blade is 8" X 1 5/8" at the widest, and close to
5/16" thk. at the ricasso.
Mounts are 4 bar twist (same direction)...

Hi Russ, looks great! If you still have this in your shop can you post a closer shot of your blade finish?

BTW, there's no hammon.
It's torch tempered along the spine,
then double tempered in the Evenheat.

5/16 must make it a brute (or maybe Bison is a better name.) Great work.

Great knife and great name - really like the overall design a whole bunch. I know from experience how good the execution is. :thumbup:
