I was fortunate enough to be able to order a Godspeed Kydex sheath for my BK7 and he does awesome work! I'll do a full review when I can get out for the weekend (and with a real camera instead of my phone), but felt like I needed to show it off before then. It's a BK7 pancake-style sheath, with a BK14 sheath attached and an ESEE pouch on the front. My first impression was that it's heavy, all loaded up. However, once I hung it on the belt, the weight "disappeared" and I shortly forgot I was wearing it. I also thought it needed a lashing strap for the leg, but so far, that hasn't seemed to be necessary either.

The BK7 is still wearing it's black coating and probably will until it gets really messed up. It's also sporting Saint Cutlery micarta, which is too thin on the bottom, IMO, but I'm going to make up some liners to beef it up. Other than that issue, they're well made and the micarta feels great in the hand.

The light baton work was to set up some featherstick and tinder shaving practice:

Very nice, one of these days I am going to break down and get some kydex for my 9. The problem is I just don't hate the stock sheath enough to force me to upgrade. Is that zebra wood in that last picture? Very nice looking knife!

That knife has black palm scales on it. Looks even better than my phone camera can show.

Grabbed some better pics of the sheath today. If you want to dual-carry a 7 and 14, this is definitely the way to go. For "light" days, you could always take the 14 / ESEE pouch off or carry just those in your bag.

SWEET! Thats like the exact one (almost) he's making me! Only diff is I opted to not have the pouch, and want the 14 off at an angle. It's still set up for a pouch, but I'd like it to be either/or. Think I asked for a firesteel loop too...

I was thinking about the firesteel loop, but decided it would fit in the tin or pouch if I wanted to carry one. Otherwise, I could use a loop of shock cord to hold it behind the 14.
