blade magazine help needed

A few months ago I purchase a Mad Max Gibbs proto #2 from a forum member, I was told that this exact knife was featured in a blade magazine issue. What I need to know is what issue this was, and if anybody has one they can sell me? I waould like to frame these together and hang them up on a wall.
