I have some throwing knives and from me only being new to throwing knives they have got rather worn away and blunted at the points so i was wondering how would I go about sharpening them and maybe repairing the points that seem to blunt and bend a little.
Thanks

They look the same style as these

I usually use a file or a course/medium stone to sharpen up points or take down knicks. Sometimes I'll touch them up on a grinder. I never worry about making them too sharp, just nice and pointy.

I forgot to mention that I try for a fairly steep edge angle at the tip, to give it more reinforcement for impact.

Yeah, well a lot of it is just getting the points back as they seem to have gone blunt. Thanks
