Blade Style Poll- - -for Folding Knives

Just wanted to see where the main interests lies, this would relate to both fixed and folding but I suppose it should really be limited to one variety so lets go with Folder for right now and someone can do the Fixed blade poll if the interest is there....

Hi Gary. I think that clip blades deserve a place in your poll. Had it been there, I'd have picked it. Since it wasn't I chose the "I don't know option."

ClipPoint/Bowie is almost the same and that is what was intended....
Sorry I JUST knew I'd leave some term out, once the Poll begins I don't believe it can be changed...

Spearpoints are my favorite blade shape. I like them flat ground like they are on some pocket knives and I like them with a swedge like the Spyderco Native.

Well now...I was remiss!

Hmmmm what to do....well I guess those that do not have their blade style in the list, how could I have forgotten the Tanto?, just don't vote on this poll as it isn't among your blade shape.
Take it easy on me, it's my first Poll guys/gals....I'm just gettin' started here with this new technology! HAH

Apologies to those that I've offended by leaving their blade preference out. There is a limit of 10 choices anyways so something would have been left out.

Looks like the wharncliff is slowing climbing up the ranks but the drop point is still King in this poll....I know there are more than 60 people out there with folders....

Wharncliff climbing up the latter but that Drop point is hanging tough, only 70 some votes....Wharncliff might just make it when it gets to 100?

Well, I tried to vote for clip point, but for some reason I wasn't able to vote. Is voting only open for "premium" members?

Anyway, clip point is my vote. Maybe more of a personal preference as opposed to some objective performance reason. It is the shape I was brought up with.

I don't think you should have a problem voting, before getting my upgrade I voted on one or two polls, if you had voted already you'd not be able to vote again...

The Recurve and Drop Point are tied today at 28 votes each, with the wharncliff trailing only 4 votes behind....I tell you what, the Warlock by Baily Bradshaw, via Whitewing, has become my favourite folder todate! Mammoth Ivory with CPM-3V sharp pointy blade!
